  By far the worst experience I've had at a ups store. Regina Rasool was incredibly rude and asked for information that did not pertain to the situation. She made us incredibly uncomfortable and was insensitive to the situation at hand. I have filed a complaint with ups and although she is the wife of the owner, I hope to have her removed from the store. The lady she "helped" in front of us, left upset as well. This woman does not need to be customer service. Ever.

  I asked to email the file to be printed and he said ok. Then wanted to charge me a fee to check his email to print the documents. I do this at other UPS stores FedEx Office Staples and Office Depot/Max and have never been cherry a fee for them printing from their email. I walked out.

  It's a shame when you have to call the police over $7, in order to get a business owner to do what is right by the customer. I must first say this: Not once did I raise my voice (I lost my voice so I am vocally incapable of yelling) or curse at him. Incident: I got a POA document notarized by Razuel on Saturday, and mailed it the same to Nationwide. Nationwide Collison Manager said via email that the document was not acceptable by DMV because additional information was written on the document by Raquel. On Wednesday I return to the store and speak with his wife "G" and explain what happened and show her the email copy indicating the mistake. She states that this particular document does not require "for _ only" and instructed me to come back and they will redo it for Free. Today, 9/20, I go in speak with Raquel, catch him up on my conversation with his wife. His reason for not redoing was because nationwide rep was not present in store with me and it would be illegal for him to do so. I request a refund for his document error. At first his stance was services were rendered because the dicument has been accepted in the past and its his principles (whatever they were). Finally we agree that he should issue a refund. He soon changed his mind and after I suggested him and his wife get on one accord with the policy and look into new notary standards. Razuel ordered me to leave because I should just be quiet (his words). I obviously refused and called the police instead. A refund was eventually issued after the police arrived, however not before Razuel allowed his pride to dictate his moral code. Customers are in the business of donating funds to your business. Yes, you should be accountable for rendering services properly.
