- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Mr. Kemmerly represented my son-in-law in claim for disability. He suffers from a rare disease, but was denied because he was young. He was not able to work and did not have any health insurance. Mr. Kemmerly and his staff were able to push his case without having to go to court. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I suffer from 2 severe autoimmune diseases. On top of that, I've had multiple surgeries. After getting fired for missing work for medical injuries I tried to get on SSI/SSDI benefits for many years. I was denied 3 times, with denied appeals each time. An old high school friend who worked for Gardberg and Kemmerly suggested I try them. My appointment was had in a quick matter of time and Colin Kemmerly was fantastic. He defended me in court and this time I was granted disability benefits right away. I could hardly believe it. His office staff were extremely knowledgeable and provided answers to all my questions whenever I called or came in. I would recommend them, and only them, to anyone I could.
