    Less than 1 star. Was told to close account have to drive to nearest branch. I live over100 miles away. Unwilling to spend my time, gas and income loss. Now they keep charging service fees. So I now have negative balance. With threats of legal.I am 60 years old. Have never had such a bad experience with a bank. Go to any bank but this one.
